Meet Ruby

My friend Doug stopped by yesterday with this new little friend, a Miniature Dachshund.  Ok, I'm a softy for any animal, so my heart just sank, I started talking in that annoying baby voice and I was down on the floor playing with her instantly as I was telling him everything he needed to do as far as crating, house training and nutrition.  As well as all the things he should't do with her....because I'm the Dog Expert, right? No, I'm not...But I have had dogs my entire life and strongly feel they deserve, like any being, the absolutely best life possible.  Especially something so delicate that weighs 3 pounds.
I am stoked to have a puppy around!
